The Dunard Guest House provides quality en-suite accommodation for tourists and business travellers.
Staying in a soulless hotel, or a “Hogwarts” style “B & B" is not much fun, so we decided to offer the traveller something different-with ornate cornicing and high ceilings the building is as different from a modern “economy” hotel as chalk is to cheese
The guest house was purchased in late 2007 and completely refurbished. Our first job was to make sure it complied with all health and hygiene and safety aspects and we installed emergency lighting, fire doors, fire extinguishers and a new electrical and heating system to make sure that your stay is as comfortable and safe as possible.
We replaced walls, ceilings, carpets, the kitchen and added new ensuite bathrooms as well as completely re-decorating the whole house. If you want a good sleep we can assure you that all of our beds and bed linen were purchased in 2008 and the house is as quiet as a church mouse. Each bedroom has a new wall mounted TV, with mini fridge, enjoying a view of the gardens or panoramic views of Glasgow.
We are located, in a quiet street within walking distance of local restaurants, shops and buses and trains. Cambuslang has a superb transport system with regular trains to Glasgow, Hamilton and Motherwell and good bus services to surrounding towns and Glasgow.
Two train stations are located within 0.6 miles from the house, and it takes 13 minutes to arrive to the centre of Glasgow and we are two miles from the M74 motorway.

A full Scottish breakfast is served in the guests dining room. Free parking is available within the grounds of the guest house and Wireless Internet is available free of charge to guests with their own laptop computers.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund of deposit will be made if the cancellation is made 7 working days prior to arrival.
If the cancellation takes place within the 7 working days a full refund will be made only if we are able to re-sale the room at the same rate otherwise a cancellation charge will be made.
